We transport petroleum products by road throughout Central Russia . We own our transportation fleet, and for long distance transportation we maintain a long professional relationship with various transportation companies who provide transportation of petroleum products by land rail sea and pipeline transportation.
The fact that our company has its own fleet of fuel trucks and can conclude partnership agreements with leading suppliers of fuels and oils, allows us to offer our clients a higher level of service and individual approach to each client. Thus the cost of transportation of petroleum products is calculated individually depending on the volume of production and the place of delivery.
The main purpose of our fleet of oil tankers - is light oil, Mazut M100, Bitumen, Jet fuel, diesel fuel, and other substance
Our main advantages over our competitors are::
LLC «Module-Siberia» exports crude oil, petroleum products, petrochemical and hydrocarbon products.

The Company attaches considerable importance to improving the quality of customer service, extending its product range and increasing customer loyalty; to achieve this, it continues boosting sales of high-quality gasoline and diesel fuel meeting modern European environmental and quality standards.
In order to create additional marketing channels for petroleum products and ensure transparency of relevant information, LLC «Module-Siberia» has obtained accreditation as a participant of commodity exchanges.. The Group views the exchange as an important marketing channel and believes that exchange trading will be of great importance for the development of the Russian petroleum product market in the future. Deliveries of oil to the domestic market were more efficient than most non-CIS delivery export routes, so that substantial volumes of oil were reallocated from less efficient export routes to Company refineries or to the domestic market.
Substantial volumes of oil were reallocated from export to the Company’s Russian refineries and the domestic market due to increased efficiency of domestic crude sales in comparison with most non-CIS export markets. As in previous periods, the most efficiency use of crude oil produced by the Company was refining at Russian refineries.
